Our Los Angeles, New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego and Atlanta offices are open weekdays 8:30AM to 6:30PM.
24-hour emergency service is available nationally 7 days a week.

Our will call counter is designed to provide swift and superior service if you just walk in or if you've placed an order in advance. We recommend that you call ahead and speak to a sales representative. They can save you time by reserving stock for you as well as notifying you of any current specials.
Order Placement
Orders placed with our Los Angeles, New York City, Seattle, San Francisco and San Diego locations are available for same day local delivery- even if you are placing your order in the afternoon!
Same day shipping applies to all other order requiring UPS, FEDEX, or other carrier.
Whether you need HDCAM tape across town at a moments notice or need FILM STOCK across the country the same day; we will always do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Shipping
Local orders are shipped via our delivery van or by local courier. We ship nationally via FEDEX and UPS.
Our expertise and experience in international shipping can save you money when you purchase from us anywhere in the world. Our rates with FEDEX and other freight companies can make buying from us more economical than buying overseas when combined with our pricing.
Terms
Our terms are based on information submitted on your credit application. Your sales representative and account department will work with you to provide you with the credit line to meet your needs.
We also accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Personal and company checks are accepted on approval. Cashier checks may be required for purchases over $5,000.
Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns unless the customer is on account and then only at the sole discretion of Media Distributors. All return items must be in original condition. Videotape and audiotape must be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Film must be returned within 72 hours of purchase or receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special Film Notice
Film will be replaced if defective in manufacturing, labeling, or packaging, or if damaged or lost by Media Distributors. Except for such replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this film is without warranty or liability even though defect, damage, or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Since color dyes may change in time, this film will not be replaced or otherwise warranted against any change in color.
